MC2 HOMES · RED HAWK AT J-6 RANCH
Where We Love to Build

A builder can work almost anywhere. At MC2 Homes, we have a special appreciation for Red Hawk at J-6 Ranch. The land gives each homeowner something precious before we place a single wall: room to imagine a home that truly belongs to them.
At Red Hawk, the lots generally range from 2.5 to 5 acres. One buyer pictures a porch facing the mountains. Another wants a generous garage and a place to return to after a long RV trip. Another simply wants distance between the house and the next roofline. Those are different lives, and they deserve different homes.
“Those are different lives, and they deserve different homes.”
Large lots make building more demanding. Roads and utilities must reach homes spread across many acres. In our view, that investment in infrastructure is exactly what creates the setting our customers came to find: privacy, open views, and a quieter rhythm within reach of Tucson.
Red Hawk is also where our partnership with FrameUpNow took shape. The first frames FrameUpNow ever manufactured were made for MC2 Homes at Red Hawk. We have continued to work together, improving how a custom home moves from a homeowner’s idea to an engineered cold-formed steel frame and then to construction on the lot.
FrameUpNow supplies the cold-formed steel framing for the homes we build at Red Hawk today. Our role at MC2 is to bring the whole home together: the siting, the building work, the finishes, and the details that make the home yours.
A floor plan matters. So does the place where it will stand. Walk a Red Hawk homesite with us and you can begin to see where the morning light enters, what your windows might frame, and how you want to use the space around your home. That is why we love building here.
